Thermal Ink Rolls are hot melt inks impregnated in foam. At room temperature these ink rolls are hard, dry and easy to handle. Upon heating in ink roll softens and heated type rotates on the Inkroll. The inked type then makes contact with the packages substrate result in a coded product.
Thermal Ink Rolls dry instantly on contact with the packaging substrate. They are non-hazardous and contain no solvents and cannot spill, splash or create a mess.
This machine is economical and best suited for the Indian environment.
